Because it is fast drying, it is ideal for professional painters and homeowners alike. Easy to apply and clean-up. Paintable in 30 minutes. Ideal for caulking gaps & cracks along walls and baseboards; sealing air leaks around windows and doors, or prepping a room for painting Features: Provides a weather-resistant, flexible seal against air, moisture, dirt and dust Helps to reduce energy costs by sealing gaps and cracks that cause air leaks around windows, doors, molding, baseboards and vents Adheres to wood, brick, vinyl, aluminum, painted surfaces, metal, plaster, drywall, cement/concrete and ceramic Resists mildew when caulk is cured Meets ASTM Spec C-834
