CSC Tools works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining accuracy and communication throughout the order process.

CSC Tools ships products using a variety of carriers depending on the size, weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Shipping methods may include:

Certain products may ship directly from suppliers or manufacturers in order to improve delivery times and product availability.

CSC Tools cannot guarantee carrier transit times once an order has shipped. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are considered estimates only.

Freight & Oversized Items

Certain products may require freight shipping due to size, weight, or dimensions. Freight deliveries may require:

  • Delivery appointments
  • Liftgate services
  • Customer unloading assistance

Additional freight charges may apply for residential delivery, limited access locations, liftgate requests, re-delivery attempts, or other carrier-specific services.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped. Some supplier-direct shipments or freight shipments may have delayed tracking updates depending on the carrier or manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should:

  • Note damage with the delivery carrier when possible
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and products
  • Contact CSC Tools as soon as possible

Timely reporting helps CSC and the carrier review shipping damage claims more efficiently.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on carrier limitations, manufacturer policies, hazardous material regulations, or destination requirements.

CSC Tools reserves the right to limit or cancel shipments that cannot be fulfilled safely or reasonably.
