The Optrel® e3000x PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) with Clearmaxx grinding helmet filters 99.8% of welding particulates, smoke, aerosols and dust to create a cleaner, healthier work environment under the hood. The e3000 HEPA filter carries a TH3 rating, which means you are getting the highest class of protection in a PAPR system. The blower unit itself weighs less than 3.5 pounds and comes complete with lithium ion battery that provides up to 18 hours of operation between charges.



Certified to the highest level of respiratory protection in its class, TH3 (HEPA), the e3000X filters and removes 99.8% of harmful solid and liquid airborne particles to deliver clean, filtered breathing air. With the e3000X PAPR system, you complement your optrel PAPR mask with a respiratory protection system, which makes no compromises in matters of safety, health and comfort. Compared to the best in class filter mask (class FFP3), this increases the safety of the user by a factor of ten or even by a factor of 40 when using FFP2 masks. Additionally, you won t touch your face while wearing an optrel clearmaxx.

The Optrel® Clearmaxx Grinding Helmet allows for a full, unobstructed view of the workspace, while providing complete face protection. The Clearmaxx's extra large polycarbonate lens resists impacts that are common in grinding, woodworking and metal operations. Rigid helmet shell adds additional coverage of the forehead, chin and both sides of the face. The headgear has a comfortable ratchet head size adjustment, as well as adjustments for forward/back and top-of-head positions and comes complete with front and back sweat/comfort bands.
