Retention System – Using our uniquely designed LUX Suspension System to provide better retention. The ratcheting fitment dial allows for rapid head size adjustment and is easy to grip and manipulate with gloves on. The ratcheting system lies on the occipital lobe, providing stability and comfort. Brim Grip – A staple feature on all our premium hard hats is designed to provide a better grip. Brow Pad – Synthetic leather is durable and provides better sweat absorption than standard brow pads.
