Stud crimper secures metal to metal. This tool is designed specifically for setting lightweight gauge metal studs, track, and furr downs/soffits, as well as door and window headers. Use the crimper on 25 gauge or thinner galvanized metal. This lightweight high strength alloy stud crimper quickly secures the stud to track in metal stud construction. Each use of the tool rotates crimping mechanism for even wear, extending the life of the tool. Replaceable crimper (GG163-01) and bushing (GG163-02) extends the life of the tool. Blue non-slip plastic handle grips provide additional comfort. Proudly made in the USA.
